1 fresh strawberry
1 tablespoon plain whole-milk yogurt

2 cups rolled oats
10 drops lavender or chamomile essential oil

1 large ripe avocado
1 tablespoon honey
Mash the avocado into a smooth puree and stir honey in. Dampen your hair with warm water and massage mask into hair. Cover with plastic cap and leave on for 35 mintues. Rinse well
